25 Country Stars Who Shockingly Never Won a Grammy

The 2025 Grammy Awards are set for Sunday, Feb. 2, marking the 67th annual celebration of music’s biggest night.

While the spotlight will be on this year’s winners, it’s also a reminder that some of country music’s biggest legends have never taken home a Grammy.

Despite shaping the genre with hit songs, record-breaking albums, and unforgettable tours, these artists never secured a win from the Recording Academy.

 Here’s a look at 25 country stars who, surprisingly, never won a Grammy:

1. Jason Aldean

One of the most successful country artists of the past decade, Aldean has received five Grammy nominations but has never won.

2. Bill Anderson

Despite a career spanning decades, Anderson has been nominated five times, most recently in 2023, but has never won.

3. John Anderson

Anderson has been nominated three times but has yet to take home a Grammy.

4. Kelsea Ballerini

Ballerini has earned five Grammy nominations, including a 2025 nod for Cowboys Cry Too in the Best Country Vocal Duo/Group category.

5. Dierks Bentley

With 15 nominations and no wins, Bentley remains one of the most Grammy-snubbed country artists. His most recent nomination was in 2024.

6. Luke Bryan

Despite his massive success, Bryan has never even been nominated for a Grammy.

7. Kenny Chesney

Chesney has received six nominations but has never taken home an award.
